These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access or use the 855jili online gaming platform, available at 855jili.net and any associated mobile interfaces or applications. • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

855jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS card) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.1 Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 855jili, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3. 2 One Account Policy

4.1 Deposits

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) except for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

The functional currency of 855jili is the Philippine Peso (₱). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal limits are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to conversion and the platform bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

6.1 Random Number Generation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 855jili platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or documentation during registration or KYC verification.

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 855jili's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions, wagering strategies, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

855jili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 855jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 855jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by Philippine law.

855jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 855jili Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 855jili does not sell, lease, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

855jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Request by a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 855jili to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account (including winnings derived from breaching conduct) may be forfeited at 855jili's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a jurisdiction), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures, and your verified balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method.
